Personal message from "The Eagle"...

Hello, this is Kicking Eagle with a personal message to anyone feeling down, depressed, or "alone." We all get down at times, but we can get up, and when you're depressed, there's no better time to "get up!" You are never alone... God loves you, and so do I. Whatever you're going through, you'll get through... and you are not alone. God created you very special, and there is no one else in the world who has experienced your experience... although many may have experienced "similar" experiences.

God has a special assignment for you and if you don't yet know what it is, maybe it's time to stop trying to do things on your own and have a little talk with Jesus. Whatever you're going through, He will get you through!

If I can be of help, let me hear from you. Whatever you're "down" about, you're not the first to go through it, and probably won't be the last. No one knows how you feel, but most people are sincere when they say those words. They want to help, but they just don't know how to help. When you're going through "bad times", don't forget that God won't let you go through anything that He doesn't believe you can handle. Sometimes He seems to think that we're a lot tougher than we think we are.

Sometimes we need to spend a little time alone, just to think things over.... and we might feel like crawling into a cave and pulling the rock in behind us. But we have to remember that we are here "on assignment", and we represent God and America! What an honor!

Take a look around and you'll see that others are actually going through their own "trials" and some of them might help you to see that your own situation might create a "new beginning", but is definitely not "the end."

Let me introduce you to a friend of mine. Ican Eagle is a young spirit eagle and he appears in each of my books. He got his name from the other young Americans (eagles) when he made so many more mistakes than they did. Each time he made a mistake, he said "I can do it!" and they teased him, calling him Ican. Well, Ican took that name and flew with it. Each time he made a mistake, he learned from it, got up, and flew again... until he "got it right."

The young eagle developed the attitude that "it's not the mistakes that count; it's the got-it-rights!" So, all those mistakes and his trials and errors, and his positive attitude enabled him to learn, learn some more, get up and fly again, and finally to be able to overcome any obstacle in his path... or fly above it.

Everything is a matter of attitude.... and every attitude matters!

I pray that this message has helped someone, and in turn, you'll help someone else. That's what we're here for, so pass it on. I need all the help I can get, but I've learned not to sit and wait on it. When the time is right, God will provide the help! He won't give any of us a dream or an assignment without providing us with whatever we need to accomplish it. Be persistent, but be patient.... and while you're waiting, it's a good idea to pray!

If you had a dream but have set it aside for whatever reason, it's time to back up, pick it up --- and fly again!
